YES - Providing all the tickets selected are within the same price category and all tickets purchased on the same order will be seated together IF they were purchased in the Ballots / Advance Purchase sales phases before Seat Assignments took place. Seat Assignments took place when tickets went offsale in late March, before they went back on Real Time sale from 19th April.
NO - Any additional tickets purchased post 19th April will not and cannot be seated with any tickets purchased prior to this date. Any ticket purchased on the ticketing site now are during a real-time ticket sales phase and therefore seats are allocated upon selection when added to your shopping basket before you submit payment for them. Therefore please if when attempting to add tickets to your basket for a particular event session at a certain price category you get the following message display:
'YOUR TICKET REQUEST EXCEEDS THE AVAILABILITY FOR THE SELECTED PRICE CATEGORY. PLEASE REDUCE THE AMOUNT REQUESTED. PLEASE NOTE ANY SINGLE SEAT PURCHASES WON'T BE SAT TOGETHER'
This means that there are not the quantity of tickets you are attempting to select consecutively together now available to purchase. Please try selecting at a a higher or lower price category to check further availability.
It is important to note if you select 1 individual ticket and add it to your shopping basket and then go back and select a 2nd individual singular ticket at the same price category for the same event session and add this separately to the same shopping basket these tickets WILL NOT be allocated together.
Seats are allocated on a best available basis at time of selection per price category and seat relocations are not available we're sorry to say due to no availability of seats available situated together.
