Your confirmation email should come through to your email address you registered on your account within 48 hours of you application submission/purchase. Please check you Spam/Junk folder in case it's gone into there by mistake. If you have not received this please log into your account and check that your submission/purchase went through correctly and you can see it in your My 'Applications/Tickets' section of your ticketing account.
