You have until the end of the ballot period to submit your ticket application - it is not first come, first served so you don't need to rush to make your request as soon as the ballot opens. You can apply at any point during the ballot opening and closing dates.
Please ensure that the lead booker's information matches - billing and payment addresses must be the same.
Please note you must be at least 18 years of age to register a ticketing account. One ballot application per household. Eligibility criteria and Terms and Conditions will apply. Multiple applications from the same person or same postal address may not be accepted in line with our Terms and Conditions and Birmingham 2022 reserves the right to use their discretion if it appears that the rule is being misused. Individuals living in multi occupancy households may apply and should ensure they use a different name and payment card.
Once submitted, your ticket application cannot be edited. If you want to change your application before a ballot closing date, you will need to withdraw and re-submit a new application.
Following the closing dates, the ballots will be run and successful applicants notified. Payments will be automatically taken within 72hours of notification. Please ensure you have sufficient funds to cover the total cost of your ticket request and your payment card hasn't expired.
Please take a sensible approach and only apply for tickets that match your budget. You need to be able to cover the cost of all the tickets you apply for.
